Magicbox Partner Network Terms
Effective Date: September 28, 2026
Welcome to the Magicbox Partner Network. These terms govern participation in the Magicbox Partner Network and the earning and use of Partner Returns.
By activating your Partner account, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the company or organization associated with your Partner account.
1. The Partner Network
The Magicbox Partner Network rewards Partners who book qualifying Magicbox Superstage events.
There is no membership fee, minimum booking commitment, quota, or exclusivity requirement to participate.
Participation does not guarantee bookings, availability, Partner Returns, or any particular amount of business.
2. Qualifying Superstage Events
To qualify for a Partner Return, an event must be booked under Magicbox's standardized Partner Network Superstage offering and meet all applicable program requirements.
The standard Superstage base rate is $10,000 per event day.
The standard base rate includes:
-
Superstage rental
-
Producer/Super
-
Lead Tech/Operator
-
Tech
-
Remote engineering support
-
Crew meals
-
Standard operating support
-
Normal non-flight crew travel costs
Unless specifically included in a written Magicbox proposal, the standard base rate does not include transportation, airfare, taxes, content or wall content, or generator/power.
Generator service may be added for $900 per event day, including fuel and delivery, when applicable.
Pricing, availability, scope and additional event requirements remain subject to the applicable Magicbox proposal or booking agreement.
3. Partner Return Levels
Partners progress through five Partner Return levels based on completed qualifying events during their current Partner Year.
Qualifying EventPartner Return
Event #1$500 per event day
Event #2$1,000 per event day
Event #3$1,500 per event day
Event #4$2,000 per event day
Event #5 and beyond$2,500 per event day
A Partner's earned level applies to the qualifying event that achieves that level and subsequent qualifying events during the same Partner Year.
Partner Returns are not retroactive to earlier events.
Each qualifying event advances the Partner by one event level regardless of the number of event days. The Partner Return itself is calculated for each qualifying event day.
4. When an Event Qualifies
An event counts toward Partner Network progression and Partner Return eligibility after:
-
the qualifying Superstage event has been completed;
-
Magicbox has been paid in full for the applicable booking; and
-
the event otherwise satisfies the Partner Network requirements in effect for that booking.
Canceled, refunded, unpaid, partially paid, non-qualifying, complimentary, internal, test, promotional, or otherwise ineligible events may be excluded.
5. Your Partner Year
Your Partner Year is a rolling twelve-month period beginning on your Partner activation date.
Your qualifying-event count and Partner Return level reset on your Partner anniversary.
For example, if your Partner account is activated on September 28, your Partner Year runs from September 28 through the following September 27, with a new Partner Year beginning on September 28.
Lifetime activity displayed in your Partner Dashboard does not reset.
6. Receiving Your Partner Return
For eligible events, Partners may choose from the benefit methods Magicbox makes available, which may include:
Partner Return — paid to the registered Partner company or entity.
Magicbox Credit — applied as credit toward eligible future Magicbox services.
Client Rebate — directed back to the applicable client when permitted and properly documented.
The selected method may be subject to verification, payment information, tax documentation, client authorization, or other reasonable administrative requirements.
Partner Returns are calculated only on the qualifying Magicbox Partner Network base offering and do not apply to taxes, transportation, airfare, power, generator charges, content, pass-through costs, third-party expenses, or other excluded charges.
7. Standardized Partner Pricing
The Partner Network is designed around standardized Magicbox pricing and economics.
A booking that materially changes, discounts, negotiates away, bundles, trades, barters, or otherwise alters the qualifying Partner Network economics may not qualify for a Partner Return unless Magicbox confirms eligibility in writing.
8. Partner Dashboard
Magicbox may provide Partners with a Partner Dashboard showing information such as Partner ID, current level, next Partner Return, qualifying events, anniversary date and lifetime Partner Network activity.
Dashboard information is provided for convenience. If a discrepancy occurs, Magicbox's booking, payment and Partner Network records will control.
9. Partner Responsibilities
Partners are responsible for providing accurate account, company, contact, payment and tax information.
Partners may not misrepresent their relationship with Magicbox, make unauthorized commitments on Magicbox's behalf, represent themselves as employees or agents of Magicbox, or use the Partner Network for fraudulent, misleading or unlawful activity.
Participation in the Partner Network does not create an employment, agency, franchise, partnership, fiduciary or joint-venture relationship between the Partner and Magicbox.
10. Program Administration
Magicbox may reasonably determine whether an event qualifies, correct account or Dashboard errors, investigate suspected abuse, and withhold or reverse Partner Returns associated with fraud, duplicate claims, chargebacks, refunds, nonpayment, material misrepresentation or other program violations.
Magicbox may update, suspend or discontinue the Partner Network or modify its pricing, benefits, eligibility requirements or these terms.
Changes will apply prospectively unless a change is required to correct an error, address fraud or abuse, comply with law, or administer an event already subject to different written terms.
Material changes may be communicated through the Partner Dashboard, email, the Magicbox website or another reasonable method.
11. Taxes
Partners are responsible for taxes associated with Partner Returns they receive. Magicbox may request tax documentation and may report payments when required by applicable law.
12. Other Magicbox Agreements
These Partner Network Terms govern participation in the Partner Network.
Individual events may also be governed by Magicbox proposals, estimates, statements of work, rental terms or other written agreements. If event-specific terms conflict with these Partner Network Terms regarding the event itself, the applicable event-specific written agreement will control for that event.
13. Acceptance
By selecting “I agree to the terms and conditions” and activating your Partner account, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Magicbox Partner Network Terms.
Your activation date is recorded as your acceptance date and establishes the beginning of your Partner Year.
