Business Development Representative

A Business Development Representative, is responsible for helping organizations obtain better brand recognition and financial growth. Their duties include coordinating with executives, sales and marketing professionals, reviewing current market trends and proposing new business ideas to improve revenue.

Most importantly, Bus. Dev. Rep are responsible for opening doors, developing and maintaining relationships with other companies. This includes customers and prospective customers.

The ideal candidate will bring relationships with several other companies with them when they start the position.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients

  • Develop and maintain client relationships

  • Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals

  • Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders

  • Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed

  • Gather useful information from customer and competitor data

  • Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives

  • Create and implement processes and policies to support the overall business

  • Track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline

  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business

Position Desired

Business Manager

The Business Manager is responsible for overseeing business operations across departments. Their duties include hiring new staff, conducting office meetings and coming up with proactive strategies to improve productivity and employee morale.
 

Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is typically required. An MBA from an accredited institution is preferred. A job seeker with a high school diploma may be considered if they have significant work experience or special certifications. 

Minimum of 3-years business management experience at a company with a physical locaiton and at least 10 employees. 

Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise clerical staff and other employees.
• Design work schedules and organize employee training.
• Resolve employee and client issues.
• Ensure the work facility is safe, free of security issues and in compliance with all government regulations.
• Work with outside vendors to maintain necessary business supplies.

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for gaining new leads and converting them into ongoing customers by building lasting connections and relationships with them.

 

The inside sales rep will identify potential customers, research them, and make customized sales pitches to demonstrate how the consumer would benefit from using Magicbox.

 

The goal of the inside sales representative is to establish a relationship with potential customers and keep them in the sales funnel by presenting them with opportunities to engage with the brand. These opportunities include in-person product demos, capabilities meetings, and project bids.

The ideal candidate will bring relationships with several other companies with them when they start the position.
