Terms & Conditions

Eligibility & Location

• This promotion applies only to productions occurring within the Los Angeles 30-Mile Studio Zone only.

• Additional mileage, travel, and labor fees will apply for productions outside of the 30-Mile Zone.

Power Requirements

• Client is responsible for providing sufficient power for the entire booking.

• Power Specifications: 300 amps, 3-phase, 208v via 5-wire cam lock tails.

• Generator power, fuel, and delivery are available at an additional charge.

Driving Plates

• This offer includes usage and licensing for up to two sets of limited driving plates from one of our partner's plate libraries.

• Limited driving plates include front, back, left, right, and top perspectives only.

• 45-degree (in-between) perspectives are available for an additional fee.

• All driving plates must be selected no later than 48 hours prior to the production day to allow sufficient processing and ingestion time.

• This offer does not include custom plate production.

• There is no reduction in cost if you use your own plates or plates from another library.

Booking & Payments

• A non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.

• Balance of payment is due NET 30 from the completion of the production day.

• Credit card payments are subject to a 3% service fee.

Insurance

• Client must provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) with the following coverage terms within 24 hours prior to the production day.

• Failure to provide a valid COI may result in cancellation without refund.

  • ​Insurance Requirements
    Renter agrees to obtain adequate insurance coverage for the rental/lease containing the minimum coverage limits stated below and in which Magicbox World, Inc. is named as the additional insured and loss payee. As a condition of your booking, you must provide Magicbox World, Inc. with a certificate of insurance evidencing said insurance coverage (the “Certificate of Insurance” ) within 24-hours of receipt of this Agreement. The Certificate of Insurance must contain the following minimum coverage limits:
     
    General Liability - $1,000,000mm/$2,000,000mm
    Hired Non Owned Auto Liability - $1,000,000mm
    Inland Marine  - $2,700,000mm
    Excess Umbrella $4,000,000mm
    Workers Compensation - $1,000,000mm
     
    Magicbox World, Inc. has no obligations under this Agreement until the Certificate of Insurance has been received.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Rescheduling requests are subject to availability. Additional fees will apply.

Discount Terms

• The Down Day Deal applies only to bookings scheduled during the specific day(s) offered. 

• Discounts cannot be combined with any other promotions, offers, or credits.

General Provisions

• Magicbox reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.

• Client is responsible for all additional costs incurred due to non-compliance with technical requirements or last-minute changes.

• By booking, Client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions in full.
